The Scripture from Isaiah 21:8 inspired this image! "He calls out like a lion. My Lord, I stand on the watchtower all day long, I stay at my post all night." We are called to be watchmen on the wall, praying for the people - the nations - the issues that God calls us to. It is also representing Jesus, who is the ultimate intercessor. Romans 8:34 "Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us."
